Data from the quote form

When you fill in our insurance quote form, we collect the information needed to calculate your premium and contact you back. This includes

• •Date of birth (used to calculate the age-based premium rate)
• •Gender (used only for premium calculation)
• •Postal code
• •Vehicle details: type, brand, model, year, sub-model, mileage range and dashcam installation

This data is used solely to calculate your insurance premium and send you a quote as requested.

Data from contact via LINE

When you contact us through LINE Official (@prakanev) or provide your LINE ID in the form, we use it only to send your quote, answer questions and follow up on our service.

LINE messages are sent through our own LINE Official Account. We cannot access your LINE friend list or private messages beyond the conversation you start with us.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how our website is used and to improve our service. The tools we use include

We do not use the Google Ads API to access or manage any other party's advertising account, do not use data obtained from the API for any other purpose, and do not provide the API or related data to any third party.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable laws, such as preparing quotes, issuing policies and following up on service.

When the data is no longer necessary, we will delete it or render it non-identifiable.
